The apartments lie approximately 3 miles west of the thriving town of San Pedro de Alcantarra with two golf courses almost adjacent El Paraiso and Atalaya, with the renowned Guadalmina Golf Estate less then 2 miles away and some forty or more courses within striking distance. A short drive inland up into the hills is the picturesque Pueblo village of Benahavis with its reputation for splendid restaurants in the area catering for all ages, and kids are always welcome no matter what. The immediate vicinity has become an established resort and residential neighbourhood with its own facilities including hotels, beach club, banks, bowling greens, tennis courts, safari/nature park a water park & a country club, to name just a few.

Ben Azur apartment complex is situated in a residential area and within walking distance to the local shops, supermarkets, chemist, restaurants and bars etc. The complex is located on the border of Marbella & Estepona and midway between Malaga and Gibraltar airports, both about forty minutes drive away. With the attraction of good beaches which are approximately 300 yards away and accessed via a footbridge. The famous Puerto Banus jet setting marina, shops & its 24hr nightlife are about 5-10 minutes drive east and Marbella’s fashionable town centre with its famous Orange Square is about 15 minutes away. To the west of Ben Azur is the town of Estepona, also a 15 minute drive away, with its distinctly Spanish atmosphere.
Beyond Estepona you will find Sotogrande,Valderrama, Almanara, San Roque, Gibraltar and Spain’s Atlantic coast.
